Connect FundraiserMax to the systems you already use
Direct donation connectors for WinRed and Anedot, sending from your own email server, calling and texting on your own number, and a REST API with webhooks for everything else.

Donation data in
Two direct connectors pull donors, one-time gifts, and recurring commitments into FundraiserMax. Both write to the same donation records the rest of the app reads, so imported money shows up in your reports and call lists right away.
WinRed
Upload a CSV export from the Revenue tab and confirm the column mapping, or add a webhook so new donations and recurring subscriptions land as they happen. Use the CSV path for history, the webhook for everything going forward.
Anedot
Add a webhook in Anedot, paste its signing secret, and we verify every payload before writing it. Anedot's Push Unsent tool backfills past donations through the same endpoint.
Where the money lands
Point each connection at a default campaign, committee, and donation account. Every import run is logged, and any imported transaction can be backed out and restored if it landed in the wrong place.
Send from your own email address
Send through FundraiserMax with no mail server to configure, or point us at a mailbox you already own. Campaigns, drip sequences, and one-off replies all go out through whichever one you pick.
Google (Gmail)
Connect a Google account with OAuth and send through Gmail. We ask to send mail and to read which address the account uses, nothing more, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Microsoft (Exchange)
Connect a Microsoft account with OAuth and send through Exchange, so mail leaves from the address your donors already recognize.
Any SMTP server
Enter a host, port, and credentials for any SMTP server, then send a test message to confirm it before your first campaign goes out.
Calling and texting on your own number
Provision a phone number inside FundraiserMax and every call and text is tied to the contact record it came from. Phone numbers and usage are billed as an add-on on top of your plan.
Your own number
Search for a local number and claim it without leaving the app. Calls place and receive on that number, and the caller ID your donors see stays consistent.
Call time from the browser
Work a call list from the browser, log the result against the contact as you go, and drop a saved voicemail instead of waiting through the greeting.
Text messaging
Text a single contact from their record, or send an SMS campaign to a list with merge tags pulled from the same contact data your emails use.
Build the rest yourself
We would rather ship two connectors that work than a wall of logos that do not. For anything we have no direct connector for, the API is the connector.
REST API
Read and write contacts, contact lists, campaigns, events, donations, email templates, and drip sequences, and read your dashboard stats. Keys are scoped, rotatable, and can be locked to specific IP addresses.
Outbound webhooks
Subscribe to contact, donation, campaign, and event changes and we post them to your endpoint as they happen. Every delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256, retried on failure, and listed with its full history in the app.
MCP server
Point an MCP client at our endpoint with an API key and let an assistant query your fundraising data directly. A key only ever reaches the account it was issued for.
If a system can send or receive an HTTP request, you can connect it with the REST API and outbound webhooks without waiting on us to build a connector. The WinRed and Anedot connectors, the webhooks, and the API are included in every plan at no extra cost.
